These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and any bulk trade inquiry, quotation, or order placed with Vaksana Enterprises ("Vaksana", "we", "us", "our"), a B2B agro-commodity wholesale supplier serving super-wholesalers, regional distributors, food processors, and merchant exporters. By submitting a bulk inquiry, accepting a quotation, or placing an order with us, you ("Buyer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Vaksana operates as a wholesale supply and trade partner for bulk agro-commodities including fresh fruits and vegetables, pulses and grains, whole and powdered spices, and custom bulk packaging. All engagements are business-to-business (B2B) in nature. We do not sell in retail quantities through this website.
All orders are subject to our stated Minimum Order Quantity — bulk commercial lots, typically truckload or container volumes. An order is confirmed only upon (a) written acceptance of the quotation by the Buyer, and (b) receipt of the applicable advance payment or Letter of Credit as per the agreed payment terms.
Accepted payment modes include Advance Telegraphic Transfer (TT), direct bank transfer, and Letter of Credit (LC at sight), as agreed at the time of order confirmation. Any deviation from these terms must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to dispatch.
All lots are subject to our internal multi-tier quality inspection and grading process. Where agreed, pre-shipment samples will be dispatched and third-party lab inspection (e.g. SGS, Geo-Chem or equivalent) may be arranged at the Buyer's request and cost, unless otherwise agreed in the quotation.
Delivery timelines communicated by the Trade Desk are estimates based on route planning and are subject to factors outside our reasonable control, including weather, transport availability, customs clearance (for export orders), and regulatory delays.
Vaksana's liability in connection with any order is limited to the invoice value of the affected lot. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business or anticipated profits, except where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
